Manager – Indigenous Health,

The Manager leads the Indigenous Health team and is responsible for the ongoing strategic development, management, and implementation of Indigenous Health strategy at CIHI. The Manager reports to the Director of Population and Indigenous Health and Classifications and Terminologies and will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to lead the strategic activities in the CIHI Indigenous Health Strategy including but not limited to: communications; engagement and partnerships; cultural responsiveness training for CIHI staff; the implementation of Indigenous data governance for CIHI; and support for analysis and capacity building activities with Indigenous partners. The manager is responsible for leading, managing and evaluating all activities, workload and staff related to the portfolio and establishing and maintaining strong partnerships both internally and externally.
