Indigenous youth are crucial in supporting and promoting mental wellness, and we want to hear from YOU!
Thunderbird Partnership Foundation and First Peoples Wellness Circle are actively recruiting Indigenous youth (18-29) to be a part of our national youth council, Four Directions Youth Mental Wellness Circle. This group will be a collective of Indigenous youth who will provide perspective, guidance, and advice on the work of these organizations relating to Indigenous mental wellness.
Members of the circle will receive mentorship, training, experience, and academic and career support, while contributing to meaningful and impactful change. As part of the circle, you will be asked to:
- Provide an Indigenous Youth Perspective on Mental Wellness
- Represent FPWC and Thunderbird in Key Initiatives
- Lead Projects for First Nations and Youth Mental Wellness
- Present at National and Global Mental Wellness Conferences
- Maintain Records and Reports of Impactful Work
We welcome applicants from all Indigenous Youth, no experience necessary!
